All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
We have a 14 days exchange policy for Defective and Incorrect items.
Items have to be in its original purchase condition with packaging unopened, unused and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set have to be returned as a set in original condition.
If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detail description of your experience with photo enclosed and email to email@example.com. Please note that issues have to be reported within 14 days of receipt. Medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reaction.
Changing of mind:
Unfortunately we do not accept return of items if you have change your mind or an incorrect purchase after receiving them. Please review your purchase before making completing any orders.
